We provide digital marketing services including social media marketing, paid advertising management, lead generation, performance marketing, and digital strategy consulting.
All services are digital and time-based. Once a project begins, resources, strategy, and execution efforts are allocated specifically to the client.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation is allowed only before the commencement of work.
Once the project has started, full cancellation is not possible.
For monthly retainers, a minimum 7 days’ written notice is required before the next billing cycle.
If campaigns or marketing activities are already live, cancellation for that billing cycle will not be applicable.
Payments made for consultation, strategy sessions, campaign setup, or execution are non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested before work starts, transaction/payment gateway charges may be deducted.
If partial work has been completed, any refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting the value of work completed and operational costs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after confirmation
Delay caused by the client in providing required content, approvals, or access
Expectations beyond the agreed scope of services
Dissatisfaction not aligned with defined deliverables
We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, revenue, or number of leads unless explicitly agreed in writing. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
